For Parents

Parents are able to contribute to the field hockey program in a variety of ways:

• Attending games/scrimmages

• Demonstrating good sportsmanship towards officials, athletes, and other parents

• Being supportive of coaches and team policies

• Driving carpools to games/scrimmages/practices

• Collecting gate admission at home games

• Hosting a team dinner

• Video taping games or scrimmages

• Organizing or participating in specific events (cancer research fundraiser, team fundraisers, senior day, end-of-season banquet)

• Joining the booster club

• Attending booster club meetings

• Serving as a varsity or JV parent/team representative

We would like to encourage our players to be responsible for themselves within this program, so please encourage your children to speak directly to coaches, captains, and/or players if an issue
